Q. Can I come in for a one off session?

A. Yes, a daily pass is just £6 (£5 for students and Senior citizens)

Q. Do I need an induction?

A. If you have experience in a gym environment then no it is not essential. If you’re new to a gym and/or are new to our equipment then we would recommend one as it will provide you with a safe and effective structure to follow.

Q. Will I be tied into a contract?

A. No, we do not use contracts so therefore we do not insist on direct debit payments. If you prefer to pay automatically you can set up a standing order with your bank which you are in charge of. We offer a discounted rate for standing order payments (monthly memberships only) Otherwise we accept cash and cheque payments. We do not currently accept card payments.

Q. Do I have to pay a signing up fee?

A. No. There are no hidden costs at Steve’s gym.

Q. When are your busy times?

A. Our peak time is from 5pm until 7pm. Outside of these hours the gym is pretty chilled, we encourage new members to come and train during the day or after 7pm is they are a little nervous/self-conscious.
