Intermediate Induction Programme

This level is perfect for those who have been training for a couple months and want to take the next step. This is also a good option for regular gym users who have simply changed gyms and want to take advantage of Steve's expert support and knowledge.

This could be structured as follows:

  • Initial chat to establish short term and long term goals
  • A body stat analysis test
  • Construction and demonstration of a bespoke training programme
  • Personal nutrition plan
  • Supplementation recommendations (if required)
  • Follow up/review 4-6 weeks later
