Steve's gym is the home of weight training with every machine, dumbbell and barbell you could possibly need to sculpt your body to perfection! Weight training is not only good for changing the way you look, but also for good health and an efficient metabolism. Weights are important in any weight management programme.

Deadlift platform, Power rack, smith machine, preacher bench, lat pull down, spider bench, pec dec, reverse pec dec, leg extension, leg press, hack slide, calf raise, shoulder press, chest press, incline chest press, decline bench, glut machine, single arm row, low pulley row, cable cross over's, lying leg curl, seated leg curl, hyper extension bench, chin up bars, leg raise bench, assisted dip/pull up machine, dip bar, squat rack, punch bag, full range of dumbells from 1kg up to 66kg etc.

Support

Personal inductions are available for ages and ranges of ability, where by a tailored made programme will be developed and demonstrated over the course of a week. We recommend a 4-6 week review where new exercises and rep ranges can be introduced. As we are a small independent gym we take pride in helping and supporting our members with their goals, and so we are always on hand for help and advice. We take a personal involvement in your development and successes.
